We offer studio credits to use in the future for cancelled bookings as we do not issue refunds. You may reschedule your booking at no extra cost up to 2 times! To reschedule or cancel a current booking, you can do so at the booking confirmation link that was sent to your email! 

CAN I COME EARLY TO SET UP?

You are only permitted access to the studio for the time you have booked. Additional time will not be allotted for set up, tear down, or clean up. If additional time is needed for your session, please book an additional hour or plan accordingly!

HOW WILL I BE GRANTED ACCESS TO THE STUDIO?

A temporary access code will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to your session that will be only be valid for the duration of your rental.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

There is free street parking available right outside of the studio doors! If those are taken, there's ample street parking very close by.

IS THE STUDIO PET FRIENDLY?

Yes! For now. Please clean up after your furry friends so that we can keep it this way!

IS LIGHTING EQUIPMENT PROVIDED?

We do not provide lighting equipment. Our studio receives plenty of natural light throughout the day that makes for ideal shooting conditions from morning until sundown. You are free to bring your own lighting equipment if you want!

IS ALL OF THE FURNITURE INCLUDED IN EACH RENTAL?

It is! Whatever is inside the studio is available for you to use for the duration of your booking.

CAN WE RENT THE STUDIO FOR EVENTS?

ARE BOUDOIR SESSIONS ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO?

Absolutely! All photo shoots, photography styles, and photographers are welcome at Bright Studio.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN THE SPACE HOLD?

It varies depending on what type of event you are planning to have, but we find that 25-35 people is the sweet spot!

DOES THE STUDIO HAVE WiFi?

The studio does not have WiFi.

When does THE studio receive the best light during the day?

Our studio receives consistent natural light throughout the day that makes for ideal shooting conditions but we find it's the strongest from 10:00am to 12:00pm!
